As I've stated previously, it's always a good idea to know a
keyboard method AND a mouse method for doing frequently used
tasks in Excel.
Here's another one for you.
You probably spend more time formatting your spreadsheets than
actually entering data. If you could save just a few seconds
each time you made a formatting change, it would make your job a
little easier.
If you're in keyboard mode and you need to access the Format
Cells dialog box, you can quickly do it from the keyboard by
simply pressing CTRL+1.
