Microsoft Excel 'Quick Tip'
Printing Cell Comments
If you use cell comments in your worksheets, sometime you may
want to print these comments. Most people think it can't be done.
Excel does allow you to print these comments but it is not very
obvious how to accomplish this. The option to print cell comments
is buried in Excel's Page Setup options. Click File, Page Setup.
Then, on the Sheet tab, select one of the Comments options and
press OK.
Now print your worksheet. Then go back to Page Setup
and change the Comments option back to None.
Why not print (CTRL+P) this tip and share it with your friends and associates?
