Quick Data Input Using 'Pick From List' Option

Many times when you input data in your worksheets, the data you enter at the bottom of a list is often a duplicate of data in the cells above. To quickly duplicate these entries, right-click on the empty cell directly below the list and select 'Pick From List'. You will get an alphabetical list of all entries from the cells above to choose from.

Much quicker than typing - especially if your typing skills are anything like mine.

(From a previous tip: Alternatively, you can use ALT+Down Arrow instead of right-clicking)
