How To Squeeze Your Worksheet To Print One Page Wide

If you have worksheets that you need to print one page wide but they are too wide there is a much easier solution than taking drastic actions like reducing your font size or making your columns too narrow. Here's what to do:
  1. From the File menu click Page Setup.
  2. Click the Page tab.
  3. For Scaling click the Fit To option
  4. Enter the scaling to be 1 page(s) wide and blank the pages tall box.
You have just set Excel to print your worksheet so that it prints only one page wide but prints however many pages tall that is necessary.
