The whole world was shocked by the recent tragic events in Haiti. The destruction has been so devastating that unprecedented efforts are being made to help out the people of Haiti.
Since subscribers to my newsletter come from all over the world, including Haiti, I wondered what I could do to help out.
• From January 17-31, 2010, I
donated 100% of the proceeds from the sales of my ebook '101 Secrets of
a Microsoft Excel Addict', totaling $2,298, to the Red Cross Haiti
Earthquake Relief campaign.
• In addition, I personally donated an additional $202.
• The government of Canada has also matched these donations of $2,500.
• The result was a $5,000 contribution to the people of Haiti.
