Subject: Spreadsheet Tips From An Excel Addict

Oops!

Hi , there was a tiny mistake in one of my
tips this
week (May 19th newsletter).

In my tip, "Show The Current Date In A Cell", I accidentally
gave you the wrong formula to return the current date. That line
should have read "The formula to show the current date is
=TODAY()". Although the formula =NOW() will give you the current
date, it also includes the current time. If you just need to
return the current date, it is best to use the formula =TODAY().

I apologize if this caused you any confusion.

To Your Success!
