Zoom Out For A Bird's-Eye View

When you need to select multiple cell ranges that extend out of your current view it can sometimes be tricky selecting, scrolling, selecting and scrolling without messing up your selection and having to start all over again.

It happens to you too?

It used to drive me nuts till I found a great little trick to make this task as easy as pie. Just zoom out (View, Zoom) to 75%, 50% or even 25% to get a bird's-eye view of your worksheet and begin selecting. Then, when you've got your ranges selected, zoom back in (View, Zoom, 100%).
